Surface treatment tunnels designed and integrated by Eurotherm Benelux, in single-chamber or in-line configuration, to degrease, phosphate, rinse and prepare your parts before powder coating.
Controlled chemical preparation
Our tunnels combine multi-stage spraying, stainless-steel tanks, reverse osmosis and automatic bath regulation to guarantee consistent surface quality, whatever the throughput or part geometry.
Every installation is custom-sized — compact single-chamber for short runs, or multi-zone in-line synchronised with an overhead conveyor for continuous production.
